Welcome to CHASKA GALI, a culinary journey deeply rooted in the tradition of Ghar ka Khana (home-cooked meals). Our story began with my mother, Naseem Yunus, a culinary virtuoso who honed her skills from the tender age of 10, guided by recipes passed down through generations.

What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to authenticity. My mother crafts each dish with her unique, time-tested recipes, steering clear of cookbooks and online tutorials. As I grew up in this flavorful environment, my passion for cuisine ignited.

Inspired by my mother's culinary prowess and the desire to blend tradition with innovation, I set out to create modern classics such as pizzas, momos, and chaat, all while inventing unique, original dishes.
